GradJobber is a career services platform that connects Nigerian students, fresh graduates, and young professionals with employers, universities, and career opportunities across Nigeria and beyond. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GradJobber platform, including our website at gradjobber.com, mobile applications, tools, features, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by GradJobber ("we", "us", or "our"). You must provide accurate company information and only post legitimate, lawful job opportunities. School / Institution Account: For university career centres and polytechnic coordinators to manage student job approvals, events, and placement tracking. Notify us immediately at hello@gradjobber.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Your GradJobber profile is your professional identity. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including your resume, profile photo, portfolio, cover letters, and any messages sent through the platform. You agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile or in any application. • Impersonate another person, company, or institution. • Upload content that is violent, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful under Nigerian law. • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users. • Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including fraud, identity theft, or obtaining employment through deception. Privacy Settings: You may set your profile to "public" or "private." A private profile hides your information from employers and other users, but your institution (if affiliated) may still view certain details for administrative purposes. When you apply for a job, limited profile data (name, email, university, degree) will be shared with the relevant employer regardless of your privacy setting. NYSC / Internship Listings: GradJobber facilitates discovery of NYSC postings and internships. We do not guarantee placements. You are responsible for independently verifying the legitimacy of any opportunity before accepting an offer or sharing sensitive personal information with a third party.

By creating an Employer Account, you represent and warrant that: • You are authorised to recruit on behalf of the organisation you represent. • All job postings are for genuine, lawful employment opportunities in compliance with Nigerian labour law, including the Labour Act (Cap L1, LFN 2004) and any applicable state employment regulations. • You will not post roles that discriminate on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics under Nigerian law. • You will not use the platform to collect personal data from candidates for any purpose other than genuine recruitment. Prohibited Job Listings: You may not post listings that: • Require upfront payments from candidates (fees, "training deposits", registration charges, etc.). • Promote pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes. • Advertise illegal activities. • Misrepresent the nature, location, salary, or terms of employment. GradJobber reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice and without liability. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities, including the FCCPC or Nigeria Police Force. Candidate Data: Candidate information accessed through the platform (applications, resumes, messages) must be used solely for recruitment purposes. You may not sell, share, or transfer candidate data to third parties.

Schools and universities that register on GradJobber act as career centre administrators for their students. By registering, the institution agrees to: • Provide accurate institutional information and designate authorised coordinators. • Review and approve or reject employer job postings shared to your institution in good faith and in a timely manner. • Use student data accessible through the platform solely for career management and placement purposes, in compliance with the NDPA 2023. • Not share student data with third parties without the student's consent. Schools are responsible for ensuring their use of GradJobber complies with their own institutional data protection policies and any applicable guidelines from the National Universities Commission (NUC), National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), or other regulatory bodies.
